Until the Hoard was appointed the nite of the college would not be fixed. TUc functions of thy Board would be to advise the Minister of Agriculture on all matters oi importance. In the. past this great industry had not received sufficient attention. He was only able to give two or three hours each week to the business, which was noi enough. It required special Ministerial attention.
