London, Nov. .'3O . There have been further pillar-box outrages in the city. Add was poured into apertures at the General Post Office, in spite of the fact that many people, including somo police, watched tho women as they committed the outrage. Many merchants aro refraining from using the pillar-box. Tn a speech at Leicester, Mrs Pankhurst, the suffragette leader, said that the militant suffragettes^ had tiled breaking Government property, but it was useless. Then shop windows were smashed, but that, too, had no effect. Now tho pillar-boxes were being attacked boeause this action would hurt everybody. Tho agitation could only bo stopped by giving tho women tho vote.
