SYDNEY'S GREAT PROBLEM.
The New South Wales Government has decided to obtaiu the services of the highest British engineering authority on city tratlic to report on Svdnev\s great problem. Matters have now reached such a- pitch that action is urgent!v|necessary. The city council some time ago, through the Lord Mayor, put the subject before the Premier in such form that the AgentGeneral (Mr Coghhui) was communicated with as to the possibility of an expert being iifdueed to visit Sydney. Following the receipt of advices Uxm the Agent-General and the consulting engineer, si cable has heen sent tv Mr Ccghlan asking him to arrange for Mr Dji-v-id Hay, M.
