MR WILFORD'S HEALTH.

Sir Joseph Ward received a cable from the High Commissioner yesterday stating that Mr T. M. Wilford's general health had improved, and he was undergoing special treatment and examination by means of X-rays at Arbufhot Lane. A specialist will decide on Saturday whether an operation is necessary.
