PAPANUI ON FIRE.
RETURNS TO ST. HELENA
(Received 13, 9.45 a.m.) St. Helena, {^ept. 13.
The Papanui's crew were five days extinguishing the fires in the bunkers, Another fire broke out after passing St. Helena, whereupon the captain returned and moored the vessel close to the shore. The male emigrants are being housed, in barracks and the women in the military hospital.
