DUNCAN FRASER has not received an acceptance of his .£IOO Challenge to compete with any shooter in New Zealand under New Zealand Gun Club Rules at pigeons off 33 yards, with 2Jin. "C.A.C." CARTRIDGES, against Imported Cartridges. Ho now vithclraws the above Challenge and uibstitutes A £50 CHALLENGE, to "liable his competitor to use a gun siambcred to take 2|in. cartridges. Mr. Fraser will use the "CA.C." ordinary 'ijin. Smoki!ess Cartridge, known ito he trade as "Nitro-Special," which has mly been placed on the market this .'ear. It is a low-priced smokeless carridge designed to compete with the ■orrcsponding imported article of the ame cost. Each shooter's cartridge to contain one oz. of shot only. Each shooter to firo at 100 Live Pigeons. The rise to be 33 yards. The boundary to be 40 yards. Mr. Eraser's cartridges must bo purhased from the trade, and any shooter ivho takes up this Challenge must shoot .vith IMPORTED CARTRIDGES purchased from tho trade only.
