Mblboubne, April 18. A balloonist named Selhbe had a sen* •ttional experience. The balloon caught fl» kotl escaped before he had a proper hold and he was carried 500 feet into the air. He managed to cut away the parachute and fell to within 80 feet of the ground before the parachute opened. He escaped unscathed.
