MURDERED TYPISTE.
BODY IN A HAG
NEW YORK, March 21 The murJer of Ruth Wheeler, % ift. year- old typisto, whose body v u found in the rooms of a youth nun^d Albert Woltcr, in Nfw York, w«« discovered through a neighbour n«a»ed Taggert noticing a bag of what he believed to be old clothes on th* fir* escape. He pushed it off the feds* with a broom, jestingly crying, "8™!. pose it's a murder." The bundle fell into the courtyard four storeys bolow. Taggert opened it and was horrified to mid that itcontained the body of a girl who had been strangled. The arms and legs had been severed in order to allow tho murderer to put them in the fireplace. The dismembered body had then been saturated with kerosene and td on fire, but the attempted incineration had not proved successful. '1 he police bad previously thoroughly aearched the rooms without finding anything. A woman named Katie Muller, who lived with Wolter, has been arrested " as an accessor}'.
