The Standard's Ottawa correspondent reports that Canada las sanctioned a substantial enbsidy for a regular stcauship service from the Atlantic J orts to Australia, with a view to securing the traffic now going through New York, and negotiations are-progressing for re-arrangements of subsidies for the Australian-Vancouver si rvice ___________
