In the House, An Imprest Supply ,' Bill for £-789,-' 000 was passed after a Jong discus-, sion. The afternooni and evening were mainly occupied with 'local grievances. Considerable discussion took place upon the motion -for. the- third reading of the, Arbitration Bill, which was eventually passed. The Education Amendment Dill iwas recommitted.
