BEHRING STRAITS TUNNEL.
LONDON, June 12. Reuter's St. Petersburg- correspondent corrects his .report that , the Tsar had sanctioned the granting of a concession for' the Behriivg Straits railway and tunnel. -He explains that tho error occurred in transmission. The Tsar confirmed M. Stoly- , pin's previous refusal to grant the concession. .
