1 "■■ O WASHINGTON, June 12. The United States Minister f®r War (Mr Taft) was interviewed yesterday with regard to the bellicose despatches received from Japan regarding .the ill-treatment of Japanese at San Francisco. He exclaimed,
"War with. Japan- ! Don't you lieve it. Rest assured wo will have no war with Japan."
