Mr tmd Mrs D'Arcy Irvine are sjumling a holiday in Taurauga. Mr A. \V. McXeish, of ths local post ami telegraph office, is at present enjoying a week's holiday. The ltev. Canon Jordan and Mrs Jordan arrived by the R.M.S. Ortj na from London at Frewantlo last week. r . Mr H. C. Foster, of the Tauranga post office, returned on Tuesday ev- j cuing from a visit to Auckland and Waihi. Mr J. A. Brown, of Rotorua, who has been spending-, a. few -days in Tauranga, left for home this morning. Mr ami Mrs P. Munro, who have been on a visit /to the O,d Country, were passengers to Australia by th« R.M.S. Ortona, which arrived at Fremantle from London last week.
