The Supremo Court was occupied to-day hearing the charges of theft against Francis Hpnry Bruges, solicitor, and his clerk, J tunes Coodman. Accused was charged with -the theft of several sums of money amounting in all to £1327 4n Hih was given at great length -to show that money was paid to Goodman fpr I'ruges for mortgage, but the clients had not Iwen getting any dqeds or money.
