NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the late JOHN MAXWELL, deceased, GEOEGE ALEXANDER LEONARD MAXWELL, AND WILLIAM SAMUEL MAXWELL, carrying on business as Merchants, at Tauranga, under the style or firm of *« MAXWELL & SONS," having been dissolved as from the loth day of March last, by the death of the said John Maxwell, deceased, and the said George Alexander Leonard Maxwell, having decided to retire from the firm, the busi ness will in future be carried on by the said WILLIAM SAMUEL MAXWELL in his own name and the said William Samuel Maxwell will receive all monies owing to and pay all debts owing by the late firm.
