The Farmers' Freezing Co-
i Hamilton, Monday. —At a 'meeting of the Directors of the Farmers' Freezing Company today, the Secretary reported that he had been approached on behalf of Hellaby's re amalgamation. The Directors refused to entertain the proposals. The balance sheet shows receipts £4,085 14s 4d, expenditure £350 13s Bd, and a balance of £3,734 os4d. The following were nominated as Directors : — Messrs Joseph Barugh, Ambury, R. Reynolds, Bevins, Stone, J. C. Allen, Day, Pehnikett, Pturges, McGill and Captain Worsp. Nominations close on Wednesday. ;
