The above match was commenced on the Domain ground last week and concluded yesterday. The single men made the highest score in the Ist innings, H. Griffiths, R. Hoyte and E. Robinson having no respect for the bowlers and getting into double figures very quickly. In the 2nd inning., however, the Benedicts retrieved their reputation and the match ended in their favour by 44 runs, J. CramerRoberts, J. H. Griffiths and G. Bonner showing some really good cricket.
