The twenty-seventh anniversary of the hanging of the Manchester "martyrs" (Allen Parkin and Gould) was celebrated in Dublin on November 25. Five thousand persons, accompanied by many bands, inarched to Glasnevin cemetery, and placed Wreaths upon the monument erected to the memory of the dead men. A number of addresses were- made.
