No saddle horses fo be allowed ; a caretaker to be provided to attend to carriage horses, no loose horses to be allowed. It was resolved that a tent be provided for jockey#€b dyels in, the stewards room to be reserved entirely for. stewards. 77 _ The rights of the refreshment booth : were disposed of to Mr A. B. Griffiths for £9.
