SATURDAY, JUNE 11, 1892. (Before B. S. Bush Esq, R.M.) Tutanekai Tau v. Tengahou. Claim, £?0, fur use of horses, and illegal taking of baggy. Mr Humphreys for plaintiff; Judgment for £12 and coatc. Te Pou v. Te Tuniu. Claim, £5, value of | horse alleged to be owned by plaintiff. Both | parties were equally positive the horse was I their respective property. The Magistrate inspected the animal and gave his decision in favour of defendant. Elliott v. Benner. —Claim, £18 12s 6d. value of posts lent with £10 damages added, for breach of contract. Mr Humphries for p'aintiff. The case occupied the court until 9 p.m., a number of witnesses being examined, finally the claim for d*m ijres was withdrawn, and judgment given for £5 I 4s 8d with coats £3 17s. There were several audefended cases, and the Court was adjourned to September Jlth.
