PARNELL GETS INJUNCTION AGAINST MCCARTHY. London, December 17.— Parnell has obtained an injunction against Justin McCarthy in respect of the United Ireland newspaper. PARNELL'S CAUSE WAGING. The cause of Parnell is waning at Kilkenny. SULLIVAN RETURNING TO ENGLAND. Sullivan ono of the Irish delegates to America is returning to England. FREE FIGHT BETWEEN ADHERENTS OF DAVITT AND PARNELL. The injunction obtained by Parnell against United Ireland has been disregarded, and the paper will be issued, and it is believed cannot be auppreacsed.
