<, [retjter's telegrams.] MESSAGE FROM THE SEA. London, December 18. On the coast of Cornwall a tin case was found containing a letter stating the barque Helen, from Hobart, was sinking in the Bay of Biscay. The Helen has not been spoken since. CHAMBERLAIN THREATENED. It is reported that forty members of the Clan-na-gael Society, are dogging Mr. Chamberlain. AUSTRIA AND RUSSIA. The Times fears the feeling prevailing in Vienna will compel Count Kalnoky to send to Russia an ultimatum.
