A number of sleepers on the Kansas Hail way were removed and the line lifted jusfc prior to the passing of a train containing President Cleveland and his wife. It is believed to have bean a deliberate attempt to wreck the train with a view of killing the President. Fortunately the outrage was discovered in time.
