Mr Stout arrived here on Friday from the "Waikato, and went on the same day to "Wairoa ; on Saturday he visited ltatoinahana, returning here late the same day. Ho left here for Taupo on Saturday. Mr Kelly had an interview with the Premier, who is anxious to see nun iii the House again. " The Spirit of the Times shall teach me Speed," is a maxim: that may appropriately be applied to Mr Kelly, whose energy has always been in keeping with the times and now as the approaching contest draws near, he is busy canvassing... His mission amongst the electors here nas been highly satisfactory, bo that Mr Sheehan's chances are not very encouraging. Mr Kelly left here for Te Puke to-day, and expects to reach Tauranga on Tuesday. '
