No owner or nominator shall be qualifiei to enter a horse unless both bo subscribers c at least 21s to the race fund. Auckland Jockey Club Rules will be strict!; adhered to. No entry will be taken except upon th condition that the decision of the Steward in all matters in dispute connected with th races shall be final. All entries to include names, descriptions and age of horses, and colours of riders. Jockeys to ride in colours as described ii entry, otherwise subject to a penalty of tw pounds. Horses walking over to recoive 50 per cent of the stakes. Nominations, entries, and acceptances wil be received by registered letter bearing pos mark on or before the date specified Entries, under sealell cover, to be forwarder to the Secretary, at the Commercial Hotel Tauranga.
