Whereas, under the provisions of '•The Rating Act, 1882," judgment was given upon the 16th day of October, 18S2, in the Resident Magistrate's Court sitting at Tauranga, for the sum of Six pounds eieven shillinas, being arrears of rates due by Emile Borel, Earmer, of Tauranga, as the owner of Lots '9, 12, 15, 147, and 153, Parish of Te Puna, County of Tauranga, containing l7Sa Or Op.
