MELBOURNE, June 10. The Oriental Bank case was concluded to-day, when Judge Molesworth decide^ that the Colonial affairs of the corporation should be wound up locally under the company's statute. The medical officers declare that the cases at Malrern are chicken pox, and not small-pox.
ADELAIDE, June 10. In the House of Assembly this evening, Mr Oolton moved a vote of want of confidence in the Government. The House then adjourned.
