MAIL NOTICE.
Mails Close at Post Office, Tauranga, for the following places — For Auckland every Wednegday and Friday at 3.30 p.m. For Ohihemutu, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, at 7.30 a.m. For Taupo, every Tuesday, at 7.30 a.m. For Makotu, Matata, Whakatane, Ohiwa, and Opofciki, every Tuesday, at 7.30 a.m. For Maketu, Whakatane and Opotild, by every steamer. For Te Puke, every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, at 7.30 a.m. - For Aongatete, Waterford, Waihi, Owhoroa, Mackaytown, Faeroa, Thames, and Auckland, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, at 5 p.m. A. postal delivery ■within the town bpundary takes place twice daily. The postman •will start from the Post Office, Tauranga, at 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. each day. Receiving Boxes are cleared daily — at Mr Crabbe's store, Quarter Acres, at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., and at Mr Stevens' stationery store, Spring street, at 9.15 a.m. and 3.15 p.m. , J. H. Sheath. .
