TAUPO.
Friday. ' Captain Morris addresssed his constituents in the Armed Constabulary yeading-room last night. In answer /to questions, touching on local matters, he promised to attend to them if returned at the next election. The meeting was small, which, no doubt, was owing to the high-handed proceeding of the commanding officer, re 20th- of February last, who apparently has the authority to refuse admission to any one he may think- proper into the Armed Constabulary reading-room.
