LETTER FROM G. V. STEWAET
April 19. KVHKA.TI CHEESE FACTORY. I was glad to read the reports you have published of the produce from this undertaking. Should a cheeso be sent me to bo tested in tho London market, as suggested by one of your correspondents, I need not state that I will spare no exertions in meeting the wishes of the Directors, but I hope to bo j wending my way back to Now Zealand before a reply can be received here to this letter and consequent arrival of tho cheese. However, if a couplo of sample cheeses are sent to Messrs Bowron Brothers, Gresham House, Old Broad street, London, my friends may rely that every justice will bo received at their hands. I have, however, alluded to this firm in a former letter, and will call on them before this mail closes. At a former interview I had with Mr Bowron, he informed me that his firm, had Upwards of 80 tons of New Zealand cheese in transit, and that the demand in the London market is practically unlimited.
