By the said Bill it is intended to empower the said Company, by special resolution, to alter the Memorandum of Association of the said Company, and to extend the power thereby given to the said Company of borrowing and raising money to the borrowing and raising of money on the uncalled capital of the Company, whether by means of debentures or otherwise. Copies of the said Bill will be deposited in the office of the Examiner of Standing Orders on or before the commencement of the session.
