Stuart, and Tnkomairiro; One penny farming in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the Ridings of Clarendon, Glenledi, Waihola; One penny and one-sixt°enth of a penn* (1 i»i6d) in the £ upon th° rateable value of all the rateable property within Riding of Kan tangata ; and One penny and one* eighth of a penny upon the rateable value of all the rateable property within the Riding of Inch Clutha; a Special Rate of threesixteenths (3-i6ths) of a penny in the £ upon the rateable va'ue of the Clarksville and Somhbridge Drainage Districts of Toknmairiro Riding for the purpose of maintains ing the drains and payment of ins terest; a Special Rate of Seven sixteenths of a penny (7 i6d) in the £ upon the rateable value of the Matau Drainage District for the purpose of maintaining the drains j also the various Annual Recurring Interest Rates.
