GERMAN SHIPPING.
Renter's correspondent in Amsterdam reports that Herr Heinken, the general manager of the Nord Deutseher Lloyd Company, declares that the British must finally recoup the Germans tor their shipping losses, hut meanwhile German shipping will have a hard fight. He predicts that Germany after the war must temporarily restrict imports to essentials and foodstuffs, but if the Government will assist the had period the lost ground will be rewon.
