Mr C, King, superintendent of Milton Fire Board, has been granted authority by 'ho Borough Council to prohibit smoking within the precincts of the Coronation Hall. Mr J. A, Duthie, Mayor of Milton, in* tends giving councillors a social evening next month. Although not personally issuing invitations, Mr Duthie has given councillors carte blanche to invito their friends. Mr Thos.
