F»t Cattle. — Eighty-eight be*d were, yarded. Prime beef sold at the rate of 225" 6d and cows and secondary 19s to 20s per 1001 b. Per bead steers made £7 to £8 17s 6d, heifer. £g 12s 6d to £7 12* 6d, cows £5 to £6 17s 6d. Store Cattle.— The entry was small, and there wu no change in value. Sales were made at the following prices : — Yearlings 265, 15 to 18 months 39s 6d to 535, twoyear heifers £3 10* to £4 3s 6d, three year steers passed at £6 Bs, dry cows 30s to £4. Fit Sheep.— Business was extremely dull, alia the small entry was not folly cleared at the 'lower prices whioh were .current* Wethers were easier, while ordinary ewes suffered a farther decline of Is to 2». Prime wethers, sold at 21s to 22s 6d, others from IBs, prime ewes 18s to 19a, and aged from 16s. Fat LamW— The supply Was small, but included » good proportion of prime quality. Prices were very irregular, buk on the aver- - age Is 6d lower than last week. The best pens sold at 17s to 20s, others 13s 6d to 16s 6ff. Pigs.— A amall entry averaged about previous rates— namely, 4d to 4£d for baconers, and 4£d to 4|d for porkers.
