Thomas' Phosphate Meal per aore. " Results show that the aotion of Guano is only one-third, and of bone meal only one-tenth of that produced by Superphosphate. " Finely ground Thomas' meal aots twice as powerfully as the phosphorio acid in Gnano, and six times more intensely than the phosphoric aoid in bone meal. Thomas Phoßphate is now the CHEAPEST source of phosphoric aoid." Messrs Wrightson and Mfunros' experiI ments on Ferry Hill prove that Thomas Phosphate on the turnip crop gave splendid results. On one tenth of an aore 451ba Thomas' phosphate produoed lOowt of roots, and 2owt, 3qrs, 141bB of tops. Forty-five lbs Superphosphate prodnced Bowt, lqr of roots, and 2cwt, lqr, 141 b of tops. No manure gave only 3qrs, 9lba of roots and lqr, 19!bs of tops. Thomas' JPhosphate itleal, Star Brand Is of uniform quality containing 17 to 20 per cent. Phosphoric Acid.
