The number of fat cattle entered waa 212, including nine heavyweight bullooka from the North Island, whioh brought £10 to £10 15b ; ateera sold at £5 to £8 17s 6d, heifers £4 2b 6d to £7 2s 6d; oowb £3 12a to £6 12a 6d; the Bale of dairy oowa showed a alight,improvement, prioes being from £i to £6 ; Tne atore oattle were an indifferent lot ; One line of 21 four and five-year-old steerß made £5 10 « Fat Sheep— Fat sheep Bold well, freezer 3 bringing from 16a 6d to 203 5d ; unfinished wethers and ewes, 15s to 18s ; butchers' beßt ewes, 16a to 17s ; medium do, 14s to 15s 6d ; merino wethers 13a to 15s and op to 178 7d for one line, medium, 10a 7d to 12s 6d. Store Sheep — There waa a small entry ; merino wethers' made 8a 3d to 10s ld f hoggots 11b 9d to 12s 3d, and ewes and wethers 14s 3d to 15s 4d. Pigs— Piga brought 33s 6d to 39a 6d fo f baconers, 23b to 33a for porkers, 22a 6a to 27s for alipß, and 12a 9d to 18a 6d for weanera ; The prices per lb were equal to 2£d to 3d for baooners, and 3d to 3^d for porkora.
