Roll it out 4pd put Jn by degrees a pound of butter. Rub oh the butter, flour }t over, and poll up;' roll out again, a-qd put in more buttlg*. Up* 'this six or seven times until a. "pound W- butter has been used, and you will have a superior paste for mince pies or small tarts.
