Indeed, of the former class there were only tbrae in the yard, and these of medium quality, and they were sold at £36 JE29, and £27 respectively. market rateß. We can very strongly recommend consignments of draught* and of firstclass harnees horses for this market. The harness horsoa are chiefly wanted for town tradesmen's delivery and order carte, for baggies, tramoarß, and similar work. The market haa not been so bire for years as it is as the present time for good horses of all descriptions. Wa quote aa follows : — First" class youog draught mares and geldings, at from £40 to £50, good do, £32 to £38, Bged £20 te £30, good spriDg oarcere, at from £1S to £28. Harness horses and haoko of the best class at from £15 to £25, good do, £12 to £15, aged »nd inferior, £2 to £5.
