CLARKSVILLE.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir.- I noticed io your issue of the 18th last., a local, in reference to the mails for Clarkaville in which there was one mistake, You stated that we wanted the pet expresa train to atop and deliver our raaUa bat aaoh ia not the case. We only want what Ib fair and reaaonable, that ia, the first train in which the mail officer travels (a alow train) to either stop or Blow down sufficiently to allow the mail baga to be handed over. We do not want to interfere with anyone's pet lambß, either young or old but what we do want Ia onr mails at a decent time in the morning. One would think the Ball way Department would be only too willing to oblige the public in Buoh a small matter.— l am etc , Cl.rk.Tlil, 2 W9 W ' *■»«*
