Straits Settlements, Continent of Europe, United Kingdom, etc., per Wai* rarapa, at 8 a.m. Money orders, registered letters, books, and newspapers at 4 p.m. on the 19th. Parcels post mails for the Australian oolonles (exoept New South Wales) will oloae at 4 p.m. on the 19th. Correspondence per Federal mall will be due in London on the 6th September.
