(By Cable.) [Rettie»'« Special] London, February 3. Mr Gladstone has accepted the candidacy for the representation of Midlothian, in the House of Commons. The British troops advanced into the Zulu country on the 12th ult. The advance so far has been so far without opposition. Paris, February 3. The President of the Council of Ministers has resigned. M. Dufaure also persists in resigning. M. therefore, forms a new Ministry.
