[By Telegraph.] Wellington January 8. The ' Chronicle ' give 3 the land revenue for the month of December, so far as the returns have been received from the several districts ot the Colony. They are : — Ellesmere and Foray th reclamation, &c, £647 4s; Westport and Ngakawau coalfields railway, £2 13s 4d ; Ashburton, £1493 11s 3d"; Ashley, £1493 8s sd; Akaroa, £486 ; Bay of Islands, £274 5s ; Bruce, £481 16s lid ; Builer, £37 7s 3d; Ciutha, £635 Is 4d ; Coromandel, £278 ; Gollingwood, £31 19s 6d ; Grey, £56 2s 6d ; Geraldine, £597 ; Inangahua £113 8s 6d- Lake, £93 15s Sd ; Manukan, £978 5s ; JVlanawatu, £75 13d ; Maniototo, £280 2d ; Marlborough, £5 11s 8d j Patea. £1; Sounds, £1 0s lOd ; Southland, £9156 lls 3d ; Stewart's Island, £21 17s 6d; Selwyn, £6£ 9s lid; Taiera, £144 10s; Taranaki, £1790 5s 6d ; Thames, 7s 6d ; Tuapeka, £1408 4s sd ; Vincent, £65 0s 7d; Wairarapa East, 10s ; Wairarapa West, £41 ; Waipawa, £Q6 9s 8d ; Waiwea, £69 Is 4d ; Waimate, £742 7s; Waikouaiti, £362 17s lid ; Wallace, £742 12s ; Whakatane, £15 ; Westland. £17 12s 6d ; total, £23,661 2g Bd. Land on deferred payment was sold in the following districts : — Lakes £6; Southland, £3; Selwyfc, 49; Wallace, £28' 10; total £85 10s.
