OAPSTICK has been favored with * instructions from the Executors of the late Mr Joseph Lang, to sell by auction at the Council Chambers, Milton, on Monday, thn 9th day of April, at 3 o'clock p.m.— The well : known Farm, known as LANGSDALE FARM, Tokomairiro, now in the occupation of Mr James L. Newbigging— -whose lease expired on the Ist day of June (with a clause in lease that the purchaser will have the right o to enter on the land to plough on the 10th day of May). The Sections are— 69, 7% 75, and 76, Block VIII., Tokomairiro district, containing 207 a2r (more or less), together with substantial Dwelling-house.
