Subsequently five others escaped, but were recaptured after three days' exposure at sea. The captains of the Australia and Zealandia advocate the Bay of Islands route, During the paesage of the immigrant Bhip "Windsor Castle to Brisbane, a portion of the crew mutinied by rescuing a comrade from irons. The mutiny was quelled with the assistance of the immigrants. Extensive floods have occurred in the Huon district, Tasmania. Great damage and loss of stock. June 21. New Zealand, South Australia, and Queensland have consented to share in, the
