On account of Mr Withers, Sections 17 and 18, Block XXVII., with Two-roomed Cottage erected thereon Speculators, settlers, and others are requested to attend this bona fide sale of some of the most valuable lands that have been offered for sale in the vicinity of the terminus of the Kaitangata and Clutha Railway.
