Oh ! green your eye ia now, Tommy, And red your face haa turned, Your nose tella tales of port, Tommy, With grog your throat is burned. Your slender figure's gone, Tommy, Ale's made you coarse and stout, And gin has stopped your growth, Tommy, And cripples you with gout. Soda and B. for breakfast, Tommy, Has cooled your coppers oft, That fizzing, dear old drink, Tommy, Has made your weak brain soft.
