MAUDE has received instructions • from Messrs Gillies and Street to oiler for salo by public auction, at an early ddte, their MAGNIFICENT ESTATE AT AW A MOKO Consisting of 4300 Acres of the Finest Agricultural Land in New Zealand, subdivided into about 70 Sections, varying in size from 40 to 150 acres. This splendid Property w:is one of the earliest selections in the Oamaru district, and is situated on the Limestone Terraces lying between the Awamoko Aiiver and tho Upper Waiareka. It ia abundantly supplied wi-'h water from the Awamoka River, the Awakoura and Bobbin Creeks, besides numerous springs The character of the soil and the lay of the ground renders this property peculiarly exempt from the bad effects yf either very dry or very wet seasons. The Crops hitherto grown on this land speak for themselves as te the quality of tho soil ; and it may safvJj be affirmed that nowhere in the Oamaru district have larger yields besn obtaiued, or a butter quality of grain produced.
