Littlejohn, and others, signing the requisition. r\ ENTLEMEN,— I have much pleasure in expressing my compliance with the above numerously and influentially signed requisition. I have now been a member of Council for four years ; have- attended every meeting during that time, and have done my best to further the prosperity of the town and its inhabitants. As I have done in the past so shall T continue to act for the f utur in whatever position you may please to pla^e 6 me. I shall have an opportunity of explaining to you my views upon various questions at the nomination on Saturday first. In the meantime T would only say that my desire is to see the largest possible amount of the Corporation's funds expended upon public works within the township.
