A Correspondent of t.ne * Daily Telegraph ' an account of the famine in Tunis. The country is in a most wretched state. The Arabs are dying; f»y thousands from cold and starvation. In Tunis alone 8000 have die 1 in two month's. The streets are full of orphans from three to eight years old, naked and starving, eating the offal.
